Garry Luke
Garry began his study into massage in 2004 undertaking a certificate in Chi Reflexology and has been studying different modalities of Bodywork ever since. He recieved his certificate 4 in massage from NSW School of Massage in 2007 and Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2009. Through massage Garry has studied Remedial massage, Sports massage, Zen Shiatsu, Myofascial release and Craniosacral therapy, Aromatherapy and Swedish massage.
Garry holds a Diploma of Yoga Teaching from the Satyananda Yoga Academy (3 year course) and has a deep understanding of the body and the body/mind relationship. He is available for Yoga classes also, teaching from the eastern suburbs and available for private classes.
Myofascial Dry Needling is also available.
Garry's particular focus throughout your treatment is to find out what your needs are and attend to them, treating you as a whole and not just body parts. If you have a sore neck, a sports injury or are felling stressed from work, the treatment will vary and will be as individual as you are.

Gareth Tilley
Gareth has a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Nature Care College and has been a therapist since 2008. He is a member of ATMS and is registered with all major health funds for remedial massage.
Gareth specializes in sports, remedial and deep tissue massage. He has a particular interest in the prevention and treatment of injury. He is passionate about the power of massage to promote recovery, reduce stress, ease muscle tension and treat pain.
Gareth has also worked as a personal trainer for the past 5 years, bringing a unique understanding of the human body to his treatments. He is available for personal training in the eastern suburbs and the inner west. He holds a Diploma in Fitness and a Diploma of Sport and is currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine.

Asher has been developing his skills in wellness techniques for the past 10 years. He has been utilizing various massage techniques since 2004, specializing in Remedial, Deep Tissue,Trigger Point as well as a deeply relaxing massage—a total mind, body and spirit experience.
He is particularly adept at tailoring a massage specific to the needs of the client, which includes pregnancy massage.
Asher also added Sacred Stone massage, Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage to his repertoire from 2006.
Adding broader dimension to his overall focus on wellness technique delivery, he is also a qualified Bowen technique practitioner and Yoga teacher.

Christiane has a Certificate IV from the NSW School of massage in Swedish, Remedial, Sports and Tui Na. She is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapist and is passionate about her career. Her particular interest is in Tui Na (Chinese Remedial). She works from a chiropractor’s clinic in Petersham and is also available for Corporate Massages in offices. She does soft tissue as well as deep tissue work and acupressure, and her main goal is to make her clients feel totally relaxed, physically as well as mentally.
