Gareth Tilley
Gareth has a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Nature Care College and has been a therapist since 2008. He is a member of ATMS and is registered with all major health funds for remedial massage.
Gareth specializes in sports, remedial and deep tissue massage. He has a particular interest in the prevention and treatment of injury. He is passionate about the power of massage to promote recovery, reduce stress, ease muscle tension and treat pain.
Gareth has also worked as a personal trainer for the past 5 years, bringing a unique understanding of the human body to his treatments. He is available for personal training in the eastern suburbs and the inner west. He holds a Diploma in Fitness and a Diploma of Sport and is currently studying an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine.
