Gareth Tilley

Gareth has a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Nature Care College and has been a massage therapist since 2008. He is a member of ATMS and is registered with all major health funds for remedial massage.

Gareth specialises in sports and remedial massage with a particular interest in musculoskeletal pain. Massage appointments typically include the use of massage techniques to remove trigger ponts and adhesions.

Gareth also holds a Diploma of Fitness and a Diploma of Sport and is currently completing a Bachelor of Science. He worked as a fitness instructor and personal trainer from 2007 to 2015, bringing a unique understanding of the human body to his work.
