Richard began studying massage in 2000 at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies and completed his diploma in Remedial Massage in 2001. He subsequently obtained a Diploma of Sports Therapies from Nature Care College and also has studied Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage , Trigger Point Therapy, Heartworks Lomi Lomi and Myofascial Release. He has provided massages to the Australian
Women's Cricket Team and NSW Women's Cricket Team over several years.
He also provided massages from a clinic in Maroubra from Jan 2002 to Dec 2007 in addition to being available for mobile massage work.

I had a pregnancy massage with Richard and it was honestly the best one I have received. Most therapists who give pregnancy massages tend to only give you a relaxation massage and don't exert enough pressure to relieve your aches and pains. After Richard's massage all my knots and tension spots were released and I could have slept blissfully for hours after! My husband also had a remedial/sports massage which he said was just as good. Richard is very professional and great at what he does. After experiencing all the advantages of an "at home" massage, I don't think I will be returning to a traditional "clinic" any time soon!

My massage from Richard was fantastic, and he found all the spots that needed attention with no direction from me. It was like he had been massaging me regularly, when it was in fact the first time. I also loved the experience of having it in my own home, where I could hear my two little girls playing down the back of the house with their Dad on a Sunday afternoon. Some might find that distracting, but for me it added to the joy of the experience!

Dear Richard, Just a short note to express my thanks to you. I have been trying to find a therapist whom can apply the right ammount of pressure and relieve the pain extending from my neck to my shoulder blade. The technique you used on me was perfect, it alleviated the tension and pressure in both my upper and lower back. Thank you, I have been to Chiroprators and Oteopaths for years and I must say they were unable to get the stubborn knott from under my blade. It was relaxing to have the treatment in my own home, which enabled me to have a bath straight after and relax without the hassle of driving. My husband equally found Patrick his therapist benefical.
